Rent a mobile survey
Our mobile survey tool rental rates start at $295.00 and include the rental fee for one tablet as well as the survey programming of a survey with up to 10 questions in one language. Additional questions can be added at separate cost.
Also covered are survey branding with your logo and, if applicable, your artwork. Artwork is provided customer-side. Round-trip shipping costs are separately.
Renting one or more survey tablets for a trade show, event, in-person interviews, focus groups and similar survey applications is a cost-effective and fast route you can go if you want to avoid investing in survey devices and survey software for one-time or very infrequent use.
The three standard survey equipment rental plans cover the needs of most common survey applications. Please contact us with your specific survey system rental needs and we will be happy to work out a quote for you.

- 1-5 days rental period
- 1-5 survey tablets
- We program the survey based on the draft questionnaire and artwork received from you
- We submit the screenshots of the finished survey to you for approval
- Upon your approval we load the tablets with the project and ship to the address specified by you.
- You can view results and reports in your online accounts at any time for a period of total 30 days.
- At the end of the rental period you return the survey tablets

- We program the survey based on the draft questionnaire and artwork received from you
- We submit the screenshots of the finished survey to you for approval
- Upon your approval we load the tablets with the project and ship to the address specified by you
- You can view results and reports in your online accounts at any time for a period of total 60 days
- At the end of the rental period you return the survey tablets
