For organizations with a large amount of surveys who wish to self-manage the entire process, the RollaPoll web portal for the management of surveys, survey devices (tablets, touch computers or kiosks running under Android or Windows) and reporting is available as a software license for your own server or for installation on a virtual machine on a cloud. Select between lifetime licenses and annual licenses. The minimum license period is 12 months. Please contact us with server license inquiries.

Server license pricing is dependent on:

• Server license period
• Maximum number of allowed tablets or other survey devices than can be managed under the license
• Maximum allowed survey responses

Server requirements in brief:

Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2015 updated to the current revision level. SQL or SQL Express installed on server.
